I want to say something upfront on this website: I earn money when you buy some of the things I recommend. I am an affiliate for the companies whose products appear here on freddiekimmel.com. When you use a link or a code on this site, I often get a commission, at no extra cost to you. In fact, many of these links unlock a discount, so you often save money by using them at checkout.

I'm telling you this upfront because my reputation is worth more than any single commission. I recommend things I actually use, that I have in my own home, and that have given me repeatable results. I'll also tell you upfront that most of the time, what you actually need is to get your foundational health practices in order first — even when that costs me a commission. I have turned down paid commissions on products for exactly this reason throughout my career in the wellness space.

This statement is required by the FTC, and I think it's an important thing to disclose and talk about openly. Imagine if you could walk into any doctor's office and see exactly what that provider was compensated to prescribe — the dinners, the speaking fees, the incentives sitting quietly behind the recommendation. I'd rather you never have to wonder that about me. So here it is, upfront, in writing
